because the company doesn't provide you with any means of
altering the template (i.e. .psd files etc).

professional website template at a very cheap price, we will
also include all the files needed to alter the template
(i.e. .psd files, .fla files and HTML files etc)

Website template is a pre-made web design for your website. Using a
website template you can have a website done very quickly. Just insert
your desired texts using Dreamweaver or Front Page, add your logo, change button names if needed and

website is ready to use.

| 5. Are there any further fees? |
| NO, once you have paid for your template that's it, you
will owe use nothing else, GUARANTEED.

| 6. How do I get my template after paying for it and
how long do I usually have to wait? |

1. Once you have picked the template
you want, click the "BUY NOW" button. You will then be taken to our 100% Secure
Check Out, powered by
PayPal.
Simply click the "SECURE CHECKOUT" button and you will be
taken to a 100% secure check out, where you will be asked for your
payment details. When you have successfully paid for your template
you will be sent a confirmation email with a unique Transaction ID
and Receipt Number.
2. Once your credit card has been
approved you will be sent a unique website address via
email. This unique website address is where you will be able
to download your template from.
This process normally takes 1-3 hrs.
3. When you go to your unique website address
a dialog box will appear asking you to, "Open" "Save" or
"Cancel", click "Save" and save the template somewhere on
your computer, we would recommend saving the template on
your desktop.

| 8. How often do you add new templates? |
| We try and add new templates every month or every time a
template has been sold.

| 9. What software do I need to work with your
templates? |
In order to work with our templates you will need:
1) To
modify the HTML files you will need a html
editor such as Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Homesite etc.
2) To modify the
graphics, you will need Adobe Photoshop 6+ or software that
has the ability to open PSD files.
3) To modify the flash files you will need Macromedia Flash MX.

| 10. Can you refund my money? |
| Once you have downloaded a template from ATD
WebDesigners.com we cannot refund your money as you cannot
return the intangible product back. If you did not download a
product from us and would like a refund, we will only
refund your money if you'll ask for the refund within 2 days
AFTER paying for the template.

| 11. Are there any restrictions or conditions I should
be aware of? |
The only restriction or conditions you must adhere to
is to make significant changes to the template you purchase.
i.e. altering the colours and images etc.
You may have found some of our templates use the same images,
(i.e. peoples faces and computers etc) as these images are
all copyrighted you must change them. You can find a vast

| 15. When I try to open the flash .fla file, I get an error
Unexpected file format. |
| This means that .fla file is incompatible with your Flash
version. Please install Flash MX to edit this file.
