• You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
• The templates sold on ATD WebDesigners.com are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Technical support will be limited to problems such as the alignment of graphics and similar difficulties you experience. We suggest you contact your local developer for service and assistance. Or alternatively, ATD WebDesigners.com could offer some technical support for an additional fee.
• The buyer understand that ATD WebDesigners.com's templates are there to give them an idea of how their site will look. They understand they must make significant changes to their template, such as altering the website colours and images. Some of our templates use the same photographs, these must be changed as they are copyrighted.
• The buyer is aware that there may be some links
• The buyer understands ATD WebDesigners.com is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or service offered herein and the buyer must assume full responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or other content. ATD WebDesigners.com hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, expressed and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose by any vendor, customer, or associate offering information, products, any services linked to ATD WebDesigners.com website. The buyer agrees that ATD WebDesigners.com is not responsible, and shall have no liability to such buyer, with respect to any information, product or service offered by others who are linked to ATD WebDesigners.com website. ATD WebDesigners.com shall not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained arising from use of the information, products, and services.
• The Buyer is aware that once they have downloaded their template from ATD WebDesigners.com we cannot refund their money, as they cannot return the intangible products back. If they didn't download a template from ATDWebDesigners.com and they would like a full refund, we can only refund their money if they ask for a refund within 2 days after the template(s) has been purchased. The buyer must be aware that if they want a full refund we can check our statistics to see if they have downloaded their template, if they say they haven't download their template but our statistics say they have, we will have to go by what our statistics say and refuse a full refund.
• We monitor all downloads, and once the buyer has downloaded they template it will stay on-line for 1 month. After that it will be taken off-line and the buyer will not be able to download it again, unless a special agreement has been made with ATD WebDesigners.com.
• In no event shall ATD WebDesigners.com by liable to any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the products from ATD WebDesigners.com.
• Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
